Destinie Vidrio, M.S. is a Holistic Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. She holds a B.A. in History from CSUSM, a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University, and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy where she specialized in Attachment Theory and Techniques. Destinie is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology specializing in Integrative Therapy and Healing from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Destinie is trained in EMDR and has been trained in Reiki Healing Level 1 & Level 2.
Destinie works with the client holistically by integrating the mind, body, and soul in her healing practice. Though primarily working through a trauma-informed lens, Destinie applies an eclectic range of therapeutic theories in her practice such as: Somatic Therapy, Jungian Psychology, Dream Tending, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness Meditation. Destinie has worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as clients, experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. Along with her training in the mental health field, Destinie has also been studying different spiritual healing techniques for over a decade and integrates these techniques into her healing practices.
