I believe that each of us have our own individual journey and experiences that have shaped who we are today. Some of us may carry distress from a troubling childhood, traumatic life experiences or current relationship conflicts. I work with individuals who want to improve their relationship with themselves and others, adjust through significant life transitions, heal from trauma, or experience anxiety, depression, and grief. I invite you to take charge of your life and work towards a renewed sense of confidence and personal fulfillment.
My goal in therapy is to help you feel safe and supported in exploring your most impactful experiences and how they may be influencing you today. I hope to offer you a space of understanding where you can uncover your inner strength and begin to create the changes you desire.
I consider myself to be a psychodynamic, experiential, and EMDR trained therapist. I am also an Eagala Certified Mental Health Professional with the ability to provide equine-assisted psychotherapy. As a military veteran, I have a deep understanding of military culture and the unique challenges, stressors, and traumas that impact veterans and their families. .
