I am passionate about helping people realize their strength while learning to embrace and cope with the variety of emotions that arise during the journey of life. Through my personal experiences of travel, language study, and cultural immersion, I have realized the beauty of diversity and work to provide an accepting, non-judgmental therapeutic space for people to grow and connect with their true selves. Hiking, kayaking, yoga, baking, painting, and playing sports are a few of my hobbies. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Most of my early mental health therapy work was in the K-12 academic setting with children and their families, leading me to also earn a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. From 2018 to present, I have worked in community clinics and treatment centers providing therapy services to adults who struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
