About Me
I previously worked as a Behavior Analyst for over 10 years and have worked with neurotypical and neurodivergent children and their families for over 20 years. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts degree to become a Professional Clinical Counselor. Through my own life experiences, self-development, and spiritual growth I began to see life through a new lens. My goal of therapy is to provide a safe place, and to show up authentically to partner with you on your life’s journey. To allow space to experience emotions fully and to transform from the inside out. I believe that all behavior is purposeful, and it’s our job to get curious about why we engage in certain behaviors. I utilize a client-center approach that is formed through an attachment, developmental, and trauma informed lens. It’s an honor and a privilege to support you in your self-development, growth and healing.
