With over a decade of experience in the

mental health field, I can provide an insightful and objective perspective to help you balance

these often competing motivations. However, I honor the fact that our work together is a

collaborative process rather than one where I am the sole authority who preaches and prescribes.

I also realize that the goals you set and the challenges you’ll face are unique to you, which is

why I tailor my approach to each person.

My diverse background allows me to utilize a variety of approaches depending on what you need in the moment. In fact, one of the things I value most as a guide is intellectual humility. I’m a

curious, lifelong learner who likes to extract the benefits from various styles of treatment as

opposed to rigidly clinging to one style as if it were dogma. One of the ways this manifests in my

work is that I honor both reason and intuition, for I believe the combination of these two

elements is what creates wisdom in its purest form.

As you gain an increasing sense of safety and agency in yourself during sessions, I will support

you to take on healthy risks on the way toward positive transformation. Most things of lasting

value arise out of your devotion to express your own personal values along with the universal

human virtues that have remained stable across time and culture.
