The Landing Pad
This is a teen group ages 12-18 years old. This group is an ongoing healing space for teens. They meet 1 time a week for 2 hours and have opportunity to create connections, process emotions, explore coping tools, process current teen issues, share snacks, and engage in therapeutic activities.

Healing with Horses
Our healing with horses group offer you an opportunity to work along side horses for the purpose of healing and personal growth. These sessions are primarily ground work. During these sessions you may experience greater sense of connection, insight into yourself and your life path, increased awareness of your body language and emotional processing and healing. During these sessions you may participate in drumming, movement, meditation, creative process, and support of the horse. This group is facilitated by Rachel and Sara
Intro to Horsemanship
This is a beginner group that helps to build confidence and leadership. This group will go over basic horsemanship helping you to deepen your awareness and understanding of horse care, communication, and leadership. You will explore energy, awareness of your body and the horses, riding, horse language, and so much more! This group is led by Jessica Mathon. It is 5 weeks on Saturday mornings
