About Me & My Approach

Decades of listening deeply and offering heartfelt empathy have shown me that there is tremendous resilience and healing energy within every person. I feel that my own lived experience and lifetime of learning have provided me with the ability to hold space for open and honest conversations with clients in every season of life.

Education & Training

I am pursuing a master's degree in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, and I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, yoga and yin yoga, and Reiki healing. These practices, as well as my love of nature, inform my holistic approach and my desire to see each person thrive in body, mind, and spirit. I have experience working with people who are struggling with major life transitions, eating disorders, addiction, intimate partner violence, and religious wounding and I enjoy working with those who are on a spiritual journey. My passion is to walk alongside my clients and, together, discover their unique path to wholeness. I look forward to meeting you exactly where you are and exploring that path together.
