Who I Support

I provide support for individuals who grapple with feeling overwhelmed by life and relationships yet also crave connection. They may constantly seek to "be better" or "fix" themselves while yearning to finally feel enough, to feel whole, to feel healed. My expertise lies in assisting clients in navigating through various forms of trauma, including early developmental, complex, sexual, and religious trauma.

Education and Approach

I currently work as a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee working towards licensure and am studying for my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Additionally, drawing from my background as an NLP Master Practitioner, certification in Reiki Levels I & II, and training for Walk Intuit Equine Therapy, I incorporate a diverse range of modalities such as somatic interventions, mindfulness, art therapy, ecotherapy, parts and inner child interventions, and dreamwork.

My Philosophy

Most importantly, I want you to know that I trust you and firmly believe that there is nothing inherently wrong with you. Rather, you may be living from patterns of survival that once kept you safe but now hinder your vitality. My goal is to support you in softening into your unique blueprint of mental health and reconnecting with your innate vitality through compassionate care and attention. My hope is that in our work together, you will find a safe and empathetic environment where you can freely explore your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, let's embark on this journey towards healing, growth, and rediscovering the vitality that resides within you.
