After receiving a B.S. in Dance Science from the University of Idaho, I moved to Los Angeles, where I spent ten years working in the entertainment industry. I have always gravitated towards the healing and therapeutic aspects of the creative and expressive arts, which has led me to pursue a master’s degree in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University.
I approach therapy from a person-centered and holistic orientation while being culturally sensitive. I believe we can learn much about ourselves and our creativity through engaging with nature, animals, and our spirituality. As a trainee, I am committed to showing up authentically, staying curious and humble, and holding a safe space for the uncomfortable. It is a privilege to support and empower you in your self-investment and development, healing, growth, and discovery.
