I believe that our spiritual and emotional journeys are ever-evolving—dynamic processes filled with growth, exploration, and transformation. By embracing life's complexities and trusting the journey, we can take meaningful steps toward wholeness. My goal is to meet clients where they are, offering compassionate support and collaboration as they navigate their unique paths to healing. I integrate art, nature, and diverse therapeutic modalities to create personalized experiences that resonate with each client’s needs.

Education and Experience:


I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University and am excited to continue my journey as a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a certificate in Intercultural Peacebuilding and Mediation. Drawing from my multicultural background, I understand the profound influence diverse cultures can have on mental health and healing. I believe that thoughtfully seeking to understand these experiences is vital to growth and lasting change. While my academic background is primarily in traditional therapies, I deeply value creativity within therapy, and seek to implement varying techniques that can assist in creating a safe space for each client’s healing and self-discovery.

About Me:


In my free time, I love to read, bake for friends and family, and re-watch any and all classics. I enjoy any time I get to spend with my dog, Murphy, especially on walks or at the beach. Any form of creativity gives me space to reconnect with myself, so I am always seeking new hobbies and crafts.
