My spiritual journey brought me to Walk Intuit. While my background in operations and education didn't pose a smooth pathway to therapy (as most journeys never are), I'm grateful for how that chapter guided me to find my passion and purpose—forming natural connections with others and walking alongside them as they heal and grow.
Now pursuing my master’s degree in Psychology, I feel honored to share my combined knowledge and life experiences to meet clients where they are and join them on their healing journey. A wounded healer, I take a holistic and trauma informed approach to therapy. I believe that our connectedness to Self heavily influences our ability to heal, make meaning, and connect with others.
I value the healing superpowers of nature, animals, music, art, community, and soul work. A fervent guitar player and songwriter, I also enjoy weaving music and writing into therapy to help others find connection, healing, and above all else: their authentic Self. With a special interest in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Equine Therapy, I look forward to walking, strumming, feeling, and experiencing your way towards healing with you.
