I believe in a holistic approach with a focus on choice and empowerment, when it comes to anyone’s healing journey. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to create meaningful change rooted in the choices you can make. Everyone has the potential to heal and thrive when in a healing environment, which is what I hope I can provide for you. I take an integrative approach with a style that is warm, non-judgmental, and am willing to match whatever pace you need. I strive to make each person feel heard and understood. I am here for you whether you are seeking short-term solutions or long-term change. I hope to offer you deeper insight and understanding as we embark on your healing journey, whether you are just starting out, or already have previous experience with past clinicians.
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Longwood University in 2020. I am currently getting my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have previous training in counseling gender diverse individuals and those wanting to explore their identity. I also have experience in treating those with chronic illness and pain, complex trauma, and those who are neurodivergent.
When not in the office, I love to read and crochet, surrounded by my five cats, hamster, and bearded dragon, along with a warm cup of tea with honey.
